2 Questions about food
1. Which foods seem healthier to you? If you had infinite time, skill, and money, what would your 3 day menu be?
Fruits and vegies seem healthy to me. Well-cooked meat as well for the most part. I'd really only trust home-cooked meat. Snacks like chips and candy, stuff like that is unhealthy if eaten too much.
The first day would be fresh, ripe mangoes for breakfast, a ham sandwich for lunch, and Rice with pork for dinner
The second day would have pancakes for breakfast, some chicken soup for lunch, and some spagetti for dinner
The third day would be scrambled eggs and bacon for brekfast, pizza for lunch, and rice with sausage (something my mom makes) for the final dinner
2. Generalize-What should people eat?
People should eat the normal stuff. Not too much junk food, and really shouldn't eat fast food. Fruits, vegies, home-cooked stuff is alright. And not too much sugar.
